Booking couldn’t be easier. Pay the £200 booking fee and this becomes your damage deposit in case of any little mishaps while living with us. The good news is that you’ll get it back if nothing’s owing for damage or outstanding rent at the end of your stay.

We keep your cash safe in our Tenancy Deposit Scheme. Just remember, there’s no getting the money back if you cancel so take a look at our full Booking Terms and Conditions now and here’s a sample Tenancy Agreement. You’ll find this government guide has some great tips about renting in England.

Tenancy handbook

Our Tenancy Handbook is well worth a read. We give you the answers to all the major questions – such as, you will need to bring your own towels but Fifi, your pet poodle, will have to stay behind. Getting online

You’re connected whether you’re cramming at your desk, being busy in the kitchen or sunning yourself on the terrace with our 100Mbps/s fibre optic wired connection and up to 50Mbps/s wireless service as standard throughout the building. Speed upgrades and product add-ons are available for a little more.
