Booking Information

Booking couldn’t be easier. An advance rent contribution of £150 towards your first rent instalment will be due at the time of completing your application. This amount is credited to your first rent instalment. Should you fail to proceed with the booking after accepting your Tenancy Agreement, the advance rent contribution will be retained by the Landlord.

Your Tenancy Deposit and first rent instalment are due 9 days before the start of your tenancy and the good news is that you will get the Tenancy Deposit back if nothing is owing for damages or outstanding rent at the end of your stay!

Take a look at our Fee Schedule for details of charges that will be applied for damages.

We keep your cash safe in our Tenancy Deposit Scheme and we’re also members of The Propertymark Client Money Protection Scheme. Just remember, there’s no getting the money back if you cancel so take a look at our full Booking Terms and Conditions below and here’s a sample Tenancy Agreement.
