Booking information

Booking couldn’t be easier. Pay the £150 booking fee and this becomes your damage deposit in case of any little mishaps while living with us. The booking fee is non-refundable but the good thing is that you’ll get it back if nothing’s owing for damage or outstanding rent at the end of your stay.

We keep your cash safe in our Tenancy Deposit Scheme. Just remember, there’s no getting the money back if you cancel so take a look at our full Booking Terms and Conditions now and here’s a sample Tenancy Agreement.

For students at Deiniol Road there is a utilities charge of between £445 and £555 per year depending on the size of the room. Please contact the accommodation team for details and exact charges for your chosen room type.

Tenancy handbook

Our Tenancy Handbook is well worth a read. We give you the answers to all the major questions – such as you will need to bring your own towels but Fifi, your pet poodle, will have to stay behind. Plus, there are vital travel guidelines and directions to steer you the right way to reach your very own front door. It’s your guide to how life with Fresh Student Living rolls.

Getting online

You’re connected whether you’re cramming at your desk, or being busy cooking up a storm, our 80Mbps broadband connection and 80Mbps wireless service is available throughout the building.

Contents insurance

Your contents. Covered.

Fresh Student Living is working in partnership with Endsleigh, the No. 1 student insurance provider, to provide some cover for the contents inside your room. You don’t need to do anything to activate this cover, but it is important for you to check and ensure that you fully understand the protection provided and whether it is sufficient for your needs.

Visit the Endsleigh website to:

– Check your level of cover
– Review key exclusions and limitations
– Check your policy excess
– Learn how to make a claim
– Extend and personalise your cover to protect laptops, phones and other valuables

Endsleigh knows that life can grind to a halt without your possessions, so it is worth spending a few minutes to establish whether the things that matter to you most are protected both inside and outside your room. They are the only insurance provider recommended by NUS and have been shaping their products and services around their customers’ needs for over 50 years.

Developing products built for students, Endsleigh understands that protecting and replacing gadgets quickly is hugely important to students; that’s why they will replace any lost, stolen or unrepairable gadgets within 24 hours of your claim being approved. Their cover can protect gadgets, watches, bikes and musical instruments under one policy—giving you the flexibility to build your cover to protect the things that matter to you most.
