Booking Information

Booking couldn’t be easier. An advance rent contribution of £150 towards your first rent instalment will be due at the time of completing your application. This amount is credited to your first rent instalment. Should you fail to proceed with the booking after accepting your Tenancy Agreement, the advance rent contribution will be retained by the Landlord.

Your Tenancy Deposit and first rent instalment are due 9 days before the start of your tenancy and the good news is that you will get the Tenancy Deposit back if nothing is owing for damages or outstanding rent at the end of your stay!

You’re connected whether you’re cramming at your desk, being busy in the kitchen or sunning yourself on the terrace with our free Wi-Fi with up to 100Mbps wireless service as standard throughout the building. You can connect 6 devices.
