Booking information

Booking couldn’t be easier and no upfront payments are required.  Just pay your Tenancy Deposit and first rent instalment 10 days before the start of your tenancy and the good news is that you will get the Tenancy Deposit back if nothing is owing for damages or outstanding rent at the end of your stay! Take a look at our Fee Schedule for details of charges that will be applied for damages.

We keep your cash safe in our Tenancy Deposit Scheme and we’re also members of The Propertymark Client Money Protection Scheme. Please take a look at our full Booking Terms and Conditions and sample Tenancy Agreement.
